With the concept of ‘businesses’ (or producers) I mean the parties that are most directly connected to the users as the producers/facilitators of the services/applications.
In this PhD research project, the focus is on businesses in the online media and entertainment domain. This domain is rather large. The main media and entertainment sectors that will pass in review during this research are; music, film and video, broadcasting, press and games.
